Entrepreneurship has been a constant theme in Johannes's life for over ten years. After quitting his job in business development at one of the large German corporations and first steps as a small business owner in the tourism industry, Johannes built a regional company group in the food and retail industry with 150 employees from scratch. This experience exposed him to a broad range of organisational and psychological challenges typical for growth environments.

Over the past years, the passion for entrepreneurship was joined by a growing fascination for the power of coaching in processes of change and growth. After receiving his education as a systemic coach, Johannes found the perfect combination of these two energies in the Entrepreneur's Organizsation (EO), where he first came into contact with the scaling up method. As an Accelerator Coach he accompanied a multitude of young companies in it's application. Today Johannes is coaching both small and medium sized growth companies and corporate leaders.

Johannes received an MA in economic and cultural history after studying at LMU Munich and UC Berkeley and an Executive MBA in Innovation management from TU Munich and UC Berkeley.

Besides entrepreneurship and coaching, he is spending a lot of time with mountaineering and Yoga as well as with literature on the development of human potential, society and technology.
